Full restoration work carried out throughout this magnificent Georgian Villa originally designed and built in 1794 by well renowned architect James Gandon whose other work includes historical Irish landmarks such as The Custom House, The Four Courts and The King’s Inn. The house had fallen into quite a bad state of repair and on specification from the Client we were tasked with salvaging any and all original features and woodwork including sash windows, staircase, fan lights etc requiring extensive repair and preparation using traditional techniques, paints and materials which we were able to carry out whilst working alongside Designer Elizabeth Kirby to achieve an exceptionally high standard finish throughout.

This Edwardian house was almost completely replanned and renovated to an extremely high standard with the Clients requesting a modern contemporary home decorated to the highest standard which was again achieved whilst working closely with Elizabeth Kirby Design.
